comfortable stay but missing some details
I was kinda surprised with a free upgrade to the business suite, generously spacious and well-furnished. The variety in dining options was another highlight, with affordable prices for delicious meals. The city view from my room was fine.
The hotel is a dry hotel, which may not suit everyone's preferences.

View was beautiful, breakfast was rich, and beds were comfy. Location: the hotel was very close to the Resturant that could be polit, out complicated, and the venue's "Italian" restaurant. Heliopolis district was worth staying in.

I liked the fact that the room was big with a separate living room.
I dont know where to start: 1) The airconditioner was not working and the room was very cold. I had to sleep with my coat on. 2) The price included wired internet but the room had no wired internet. I called the Reception and they sent someone up to my room, who clearly had no idea and he gave me the phone cable to use instead. I got very angry so I went downstairs to the reception to complain and they sent someone else, who brought an ADSL router to connect to my room and the necessary cable. Even so, the internet was not working, so I had to resort to my USB stick and charge it for the night in order to do my work. Very dissappointed. 3) The reception asked me to pay upfront for the whole amount but their POS was not accepting any of my credit cards due to a technical fault. I had to come back downstairs to reception after 2 hours of checking in so that I could pay for the room. 4) I ordered a club sandwich at 10.30pm but they didnt bring it until 11.30pm. By that time I was already very tired and in no mood for dinner. In addition, the food was cold when it arrived. 5) The guy from the room service who brough my food asked me to pay in cash, even though i wanted to charge it into my room and pay during check-out. This was not possible. Thankfully, I had some cash with me, enough to pay for the food. If not, I would have had to get dressed and go outside of the hotel to the ATM and get some more cash. Again, very very dissappointed. 6) The toiler in my bathroom was leaking and in the morning the whole floor was covered in water. In general, the hotel seems to require a lot of fixes (like cracked doors, etc.) and the services need to be pumped up a little bit. It is a nice hotel but it needs serious attention.

missingWrote a review on 15 Decspacious roomresponsive staffroom issue
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff at reception were polite and responsive, resolving issues efficiently. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and complimentary drinking water. The location felt ideal, just a short drive to both the airport and cultural sites like the Pyramids. I enjoyed the variety offered in the dining options. The air conditioning in my initial room was not functioning properly. Even after two engineers attempted to fix it, it remained chilly and uncomfortable. I ended up moving rooms late at night, inconvenient. The dining options were a highlight, though the room issues did affect my experience.

The hotel has a fantastic venue with amazing decoration, perfect for special occasions such as weddings.
I experienced some issues with the front desk, particularly with unhelpful staff during the payment process.

The location of the Hotel is perfect.
The only thing I was not comfort about, some of the guests kept the room's door open all day, and food smell was all over the place.
